Esther’s six months of oil of myrrh was followed by six months of sweet spices. This fragrant remedy of spices, sweet almond oil and essential oils is comparable to what was blended by Hegai. Esther’s scrub removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin glowing, fragrant and as soft as silk.
Directions: Blend the almond, oatmeal and spice mixture with the the oil in a glass bowl. Have a bath. Dry yourself off. While standing in the bath tub roll Esther’s scrub all around your body, Massage it into dry areas of skin. The idea is to cover the skin with a very fine layer, which is why you need to roll the paste over the body. (This is a technique we don’t know or use very much in the West, but is well-known throughout the Middle East.) You will feel just as if you have been in a spa. By the time you have finished rolling the paste all over your body you’ll be ready to go back to the part of the body you started with and brush the fine dust off. Gently wipe any remaining areas of paste with a dry washcloth.

Kehdem in Hebrew means from the earliest time, and location, as from the east. This word is first found in Genesis 2:8 where the Lord planted the Garden of Eden. Yawsed in Hebrew is to sit in wise (secret) counsel as with your closest friends who you trust. Together, Kehdem Yawsed says that from the beginning, the secrets of the Lord were found in the garden.
